There is a really good article at Opinion Journal King And Country (requires registration to view) that gives a few options on establishing a representative government in Iraq.
In short it recommends that a Hashimite ruler be established who would rule under the 1925 Iraqi constitution. To tell you the truth its not a bad idea though I wonder if it may be too late in the process to follow through with. Any thoughts out there on what would increase the speed and likelyhood of success of an Iraqi democracy.
And please don't mention the UN or I'll send someone over to your place to bitchslap you...
